Dr. Izadyar received a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.) and a Ph.D. in Reproductive and Stem Cell Biology. He is a well renowned scientist in the field of biotechnology and stem cell research with over twenty-five years of experience in cell and gene therapy drug discovery research and development. Dr. Izadyar has broad knowledge of biomanufacturing of cell-based products and regulatory considerations of drug approval process. He founded Cell Therapy Tools in 2017 with the goal of the development of innovative techniques and tools using stem cells and cell-based products for regenerative medical applications.
Dr. Krishhnareddy is board certified Orthopedic Surgeon with more than 45 years of clinical expertise and 1 year of medical-legal expertise. Highly specialized in Orthopedic Surgery and Orthopedic Spine Surgery. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Academy of Neurological Orthopedic Surgeons. In addition to clinical experiences, he has also been an assistant professor of orthopedic surgery at Pomona Osteopathic Medical College and at the University of California, Irvine. Dr. Krishhnareddy is very passionate about regenerative medicine and has experience in using PRP for variety of orthopedic conditions.
Dr. Robert “Jeff” Mayo is an alternative medicine maverick in small animal practice. Dr. Mayo holds five college degrees fromthree major Universities and passed the certification program administered by the Veterinary Laser Surgical Society in February 2005. This program certifies competency amongst veterinarians for proper use and understanding of lasers in small animal surgical applications. In November of 2007, Dr. Mayoearned his certification in Canine and Feline Practice with the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners. He has taught internationally in Japan, Germany,Bulgaria, Italy, Australia. Dr. Mayo has also trained hundreds of Veterinarians on laser surgery, radiosurgery, orthopedics and soft tissue surgery as well as regenerative medicine and alternative therapies. Dr. Mayo has lectured at dozens of national and international veterinary conferences. Currently, Dr. Mayoperforms surgery, primarily orthopedics, in the Long Beach, California area. Dr. Mayo’s peak interests includes knee surgeries, fracture repairs, second opinions, radiosurgery, alternative sterilization and regenerative medicine. Dr. Mayo’s experience and belief in Platelet-based Therapy inspired our founder to develop the Platelet Lysate platform.

Dr.Dodds is an experienced veterinarian with an immunology background and has been a great support to the development of our Canine Platelet Lysate Product. Dr. Dodds became a veterinarian in 1964 after graduating from the Ontario Veterinary College and has spent more than five decades as a clinical research veterinarian. From 1965 to 1986, she was a member of many national and international committees on hematology, animal models of human disease, veterinary medicine, and laboratory animal science. She started Hemopetin 1986, the first nonprofit national animal blood bank. Today, Hemopet’sactivities include providing canine blood components and related services; the Hemolifediagnostic division is focused on hematology and blood banking, immunology, endocrinology, nutrition and holistic medicine. She has co-authored two books, The Canine Thyroid Epidemic and Canine Nutrigenomics: Foods that Heal Your Dog. Dr. Dodds also holds 25 patents.

He has also had the privilege of lecturing both domestically and internationally on topics such as elbow replacement biomechanics, novel therapies for canine arthritis including Platelet rich plasma (PRP), stem cell therapy, hyaluronic acid and intraarticular injection treatment. These special interests carry over into his clinical practice with a pursuit for continued advancement in options for both minimally invasive and surgical therapies. Zachery Smith was the medical director for VeterinaryMedical and Surgical Goup-OC for two years and continues to serve the clients of VMSG as a staff surgeon.
